By purchasing a ready-made website from Justready.website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to the “Terms and Conditions” described on this page. 1. Warranty & Liability
WordPress sites with installed themes and plugins from Justready.website are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Themes and plugins will work with at least the latest version of WordPress and are compatible with modern browsers. Justready.website does not guarantee that themes and plugins will work in all browsers, nor does it guarantee that themes will function with all versions of WordPress, especially older versions. Compatibility with additional third-party plugins, scripts or other applications is not guaranteed. Justready.website is not responsible for problems with third-party plugins (whether supported by the theme or not). If you are unsure of compatibility, we recommend contacting us before purchasing. In no event shall Justready.website be liable for any damages of any kind, including but not limited to direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use the sites from Justready.website.
2. License and credits
All themes used in the sites at the time of publication on justready.website are under the GNU General Public License (http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html). You are free to modify themes for personal or commercial projects to suit your purposes. Themes can be used on personal and commercial websites. The images used in the demo versions of the themes belong to their owners and are authorized for commercial use, adaptation, modification or creation based on them. These images are not for sale from justready.website.
3. Payments and Purchases
We do not sell WordPress themes and plugins ourselves. When you pay for a website from justready.website you get an installed and working freeware WordPress theme with demo content. Websites are installed on paid hosting of justready.website’s choice. When you purchase a website from justready.website, you get hosting for it for 12 months. The hosting can be used exclusively for the website being sold. In case of transferring the purchased website to another hosting, reuse of our hosting is not allowed. Once your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive an email from justready.website with an invoice. Justready.website prices may be quoted in different currencies. The base currency for calculation is the euro. All prices are exclusive of VAT and regional fees.
4. Ownership
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership of any justready.website products, modified or unmodified.
5. Support
justready.website does not offer technical support to customers within the framework of purchased products. Buying websites from justready.website you are responsible for its further performance and appearance. Tutorials and answers to frequently asked questions can be found in the product documentation. In addition, you can open inquiries via our contact form, and these inquiries are usually answered within 24-48 hours on business days. Support does not include customizations related to the need to change core files or custom code, issues with third-party plugins (supported by the theme/plugin or not).
6. Delivery
Your product (website) from justready.website will be available within 2 business days after payment is received. The website will be available on a temporary technical domain. Access to the admin panel will be emailed to you at the email address (that you specify) after payment is received. You can contact us via the contact page if you do not receive an email after this time. Please use the instructions to connect your domain name.
7. Warranty
We at justready.website do not guarantee or provide warranty for the functionality of these templates/themes/plugins in any way. There is no guarantee for its compatibility with all 3rd party components, plugins and web browsers. You should however test the browser compatibility against the demonstration templates on the demo server. It is your responsibility to make sure browser compatibility since we can not guarantee that justready.website templates/themes/plugins will work with all browsers.
8. Privacy
During the checkout process, you are required to provide accurate personal information that will only be used to process and finalize your order/payment. You may also find additional information in the privacy policy of a particular third-party payment processor or intermediary.
9. Refund Policy
justready.website digital products are subject to the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, which reads that if they have been downloaded, digital products not supplied on a tangible medium are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
